I was only a few sessions into my programme with Sarah and I realised how many positive changes I have made to my life which sparked from starting my strength training journey. I am more mindful of the way I can build exercise into my days, my sleep is much better , I am mindful of my nutrition choices and I feel confident in my body.

I hadn't previously done any personal training sessions and my perception of them would be that someone would be shouting at me to work until I fatigued. That couldn't be further from the training Sarah provides. The sessions are fun, challenging and encouraging. I am performing exercises I didn't think that I would be able to do! My bod

My previous exercise regime consisted of me doing cardio for 30 minutes at the gym followed by 10 minutes of core. I had kept reading about how strength training is beneficial for women in their 40s but, other than watch others in the gym and attempt to copy them, I didn't really know where to start. When I started my sessions we started

I had kept reading about how strength training is beneficial for women in their 40s but, other than watch others in the gym and attempt to copy them, I didn't really know where to start. When I started my sessions we started slowly, we learnt the techniques, ensuring I would be injury free. We started with weights that I felt comfortable with, but we are progressing through to heavier weights and I am so excited to continue on this journey.
